“Megaranger” Masaya Matsukaze Attending Fanimecon in San Jose, CA

Denji Sentai Megaranger’s Masaya Matsukaze will be attending his first convention outside of Asia.

Next month MegaBlue himself, Masaya Matsukaze, will attend Fanimecon as their Guest of Honor. In addition to being the blue ranger in 1997’s Denji Sentai Megaranger, Matsukaze is an accomplished voice actor. His anime roles include Zoisite in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal and Gaelio Bauduin in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. He has also voiced video game characters, most notably the lead in the Shenmue series, Ryo Hazuki.

Fanimecon is a convention “by fans, for fans” in San Jose, California. The con will run Memorial Day weekend, May 27-30, at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. Register to attend here.
