Hentai Kamen Film Sequel On The Way
HK: Hentai Kamen Abnormal Crisis will be released this May.
HK: Hentai Kamen Abnormal Crisis is the second live-action adaptation of the popular Hentai Kamen manga series by Keishuu Ando. Ryohei Suzuki plays the main character Kyosuke Shikijo, now a college student, who must fight evil as the news reports cases of missing underwear.
Fumika Shimizu (Kamen Rider Fourze) co-stars as Aiko Himeno, the main love interest. Yuuya Yagira (Blue Blazes) plays a new character who hates Kyosuke, and toku veteran Ayame Misaki (Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters) is also in the cast.
Suzuki aimed for a more buff body than what he had in the first film, to compete globally with American superheros. Suzuki’s build was Ando’s main concern, but his worries were abated when he went to the screening.
The HK films are both directed by Yuuichi Fukuda. He is known for his work on jdramas like Blue Blazes and The Hero Yoshihiko. His latest show, Mr. Nietzsche in the Convenience Store, is now streaming on Crunchyroll.
HK: Hentai Kamen Abnormal Crisis comes out in Japan on May 14th.
