Premium Bandai Announces Ranger Key Set Lost Edition

The previously teased Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger item is none other than an all new set of 12 Ranger Keys featuring the Ranger Keys of “lost” heroes.

As reported a few days ago, Premium Bandai had put up an a listing for an all new Gokaiger related item, stating the “Lost Legend of the Ranger Keys” would be revealed. Premium Bandai has updated the page to reveal the item titled the “Ranger Key Set Lost Edition”.

The set will feature 12 all new Ranger Keys featuring Rangers and powers the Ranger Key line hasn’t touched upon thus far. The highlight of the set is the inclusion of all seven Rangers from Doubutsu Sentai Go-Busters, the alternate reality Go-Busters team seen in Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters Returns vs. Doubutsu Sentai Go-Busters V-Cinema film. The set also includes fan requested characters such as X1 Mask and Deka Bright. The set in total includes:

Red Cheetah – Doubutsu Sentai Go-Busters
Blue Gorilla – Doubutsu Sentai Go-Busters
Yellow Rabbit – Doubutsu Sentai Go-Busters
Gold Beetle – Doubutsu Sentai Go-Busters
Silver Stag – Doubutsu Sentai Go-Busters
Black Puma – Doubutsu Sentai Go-Busters
Green Hippopotamus – Doubutsu Sentai Go-Busters
Gosei Green – Tensou Sentai Goseiger
Hurricane Dark – Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger 10 Years After

No details regarding the sounds and functionality with the Mobirates or Legend Mobirates is shown, but functionality with the toy is to be expected.

The set is up for pre-order now via Premium Bandai, and will conclude its pre-order period on September 30th, 2015 at 11:00 PM JST. It will begin shipping to customers in December, 2015.

But that’s not all! At the end of the advertising banner, the words “Ranger Key Shunpatsu Shinkou!” (“Ranger Key All Aboard!”) can be seen. Fans of Ressha Sentai ToQger will immediately recognize this as the team’s catch phrase, hinting at an upcoming release of ToQger themed Ranger Keys.
