Seven months have passed since the day Kouta and Mai, having become The Man of the Beginning and The Woman of the Beginning, eliminated all traces of Helheim from Earth and took the Inves to a new planet.

The citizens of Zawame have returned to the city, but individual problems continue. Although Mitsuzane and Takatora are able to live as brothers again, Mitsuzane finds himself unable to approach his old friends, the Beat Riders. At Charmant’s, Takatora confesses his lack of strength to Akira, who says she could never understand her younger brother herself.

Without warning, a new threat appears in the form of locusts that seem to have ripped through time itself, bringing along a mysterious Armored Rider. The apparent peace of Zawame City is threatened once again.
