VIDEO: R5 Central’s New Vlog Covers Tsuburaya’s Official Ultraman Day

The Tokusatsu Network’s Mike Dent has launched a new vlog series this week. The new R5 Central vlog pilot talks about Tsuburaya’s official Ultraman Day holiday and the premiere episodes of the original series.

R5 is back in a new way! Every year since 2010, Tsuburaya celebrates Ultraman Day on July 10th, celebrating the broadcast of the first episode of the original 1966 series. The twist? The first episode didn’t premiere until July 17th, with Ultraman Day commemorating the true first episode, “The Birth of Ultraman”!

An off-shoot of his podcast, R5 Central, Mike plans to do more vlogs over the coming months covering tokusatsu-related topics and more.
