Casting Sheets Reveal Roles and Producer for Dino Charge

Judd Lynn will be returning to Power Rangers as executive producer on the upcoming Power Rangers Dino Charge, based on 2013’s Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger.

In a casting call released early this morning, Judd Lynn was identified as show runner for the upcoming 2015 season of Power Rangers. Lynn has worked on Power Rangers in various capacities in the past, serving as second unit director, director, and writer before eventually becoming the executive producer with Power Rangers in Space.

Lynn returned to the franchise in 2009 to replace outgoing producer Eddie Guzelian on Power Rangers RPM. Lynn is known among fans for his attempts at diverging from the source Sentai shows and creating original story lines.

The casting sheets for the upcoming season also confirms the core Ranger roles – The initial team will be comprised of Red Ranger – Lucas, Pink Ranger – Shelby, Green Ranger – Ryan, Black Ranger – Chase, and Blue Ranger – Koda.

The casting sheets call for eight of the ten Rangers that appeared in the Kyoryuger TV series. The roles not listed are for a Cyan Ranger and a Silver Ranger.
