Kamen Rider Agito Blu-ray Set Incoming

Kamen Rider Agito is the latest Rider series to receive the Blu-ray treatment.

Earlier this year Kamen Rider Kuuga, the first Heisei show in the Kamen Rider franchise, saw a Blu-ray release, and now it’s Agito’s turn. Kamen Rider Agito, the second Heisei show, debuted fifteen years ago and featured three main riders in their struggle against the mysterious “Lords.”

Yuusuke Tomoi, Toshiki Kashu, and Jun Kaname

Toshiki Kashu, Jun Kaname, and Yuusuke Tomoi played the three riders, Agito, G3, and Gills respectively. They reunited for the first time since the series’ end for the Blu-ray announcement, and Kashu was surprised that Agito hadn’t already seen a Blu-ray release. Kashu recommends Kamen Rider Agito as a series that both children and adults can enjoy, since it features serious drama side-by-side with cool action.

The Kamen Rider Agito Blu-rays will go on sale September 14th, for 19,800 yen plus tax.
