Kamen Rider Gaim’s Mahiro Takasugi Cast in Maeda Corporation Fantasy Marketing Film

Kamen Rider Gaim actor Mahiro Takasugi will take part in a film aiming to generate interest in the construction industry.

Recently, the cast of the movie Maeda Corporation Fantasy Marketing Department was announced to the public. The Maeda Corporation Fantasy Marketing Department is an initiative that started in 2003 to aid young staffed volunteers in improving public relation activities related to construction. This department has written reports on how they would use today’s technology and materials to recreate structures only known in fantasy worlds, including works from gaming and anime. Examples of series they have covered includes Mazinger Z and Gran Turismo.

One of those announced in the cast listing is Mahiro Takasugi, known for portraying Kamen Rider Ryugen/Mitsuzane Kureshima in Kamen Rider Gaim. In the show, he played a transformative character that was at the helm of many turning points in the series. It is currently unknown what role he will play in the film. He stars alongside Hiroaki Ogi, Yusuke Kamiji, Yukino Kishii, and Chikara Honda.

In making this film, the Maeda Corporation Fantasy Marketing Department is hoping to showcase the construction industry to catch the interest of those who may not have felt passionate about construction before.

The film is set to release in 2020.
