Warner Brothers Pictures have given us another full-length trailer for the upcoming 2019 movie, Godzilla: King of the Monsters.

In the second action-packed trailer for the log-awaited summer movie, we see not only Gozilla himself back in action, but we also get our first glimpses of a cadre of other kaiju, such as Rodan, King Ghidorah, and Mothra.

In the trailer, several kaiju have awoken all over the world and have entered into a catastrophic battle with one another. As they enter into several cataclysmic and hostile confrontations that span over land, sea, and sky, our heroes realize that the planet’s only hope in survival may be relying on Godzilla himself to save them all.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters serves as a sequel to the 2014 film Godzilla, and is the third installment in Warner Brothers’ MonsterVerse franchise. The movie stars Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things), Vera Farmiga (The Conjuring films), Charles Dance (Game of Thrones), Bradley Whitford (Get Out), Zhang Ziyi (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon), and Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights). Reprising their roles from the 2014 Godzilla film are Sally Hawkins (The Shape of Water) as Dr. Vivienne Graham and Ken Watanabe (Detective Pikachu) as Dr. Ishiro Serizawa.

The movie will hit theaters on May 31, 2019, and will be distributed in 2D, 3D and IMAX theaters by Warner Bros. Pictures, except in Japan, where it will be distributed by Toho Co., Ltd.
