Bandai’s candy toy blog posted a new entry for Kamen Rider Zi-O, with the first reveal for SO-DO Kamen Rider Zi-O: RIDE 9.

The man in charge of candy toy development goes by D, and in honor of Zi-O, he has changed his usual nickname to Di-O.

The blog begins by reminding fans of SO-DO Kamen Rider Zi-O: RIDE 7 now that it’s been released. The set includes Zi-O II, Woz in both FutureRing Shinobi and FutureRing Kikai, and Ohma Zi-O.

“Are you ready? Spider! Spider! Killbus Spider!”

The SO-DO Kamen Rider Zi-O: RIDE 9 reveals begin with another addendum piece, that being Kamen Rider Killbus, the villain from Build NEW WORLD: Kamen Rider Cross-Z.

The design features a lot of new molding to get across the spider motif. In particular, there are new pegs on the hips to attach the spider parts that hang off of the thigh.

Once again, this uses the same engineering from SO-DO Kamen Rider Build, lacking the standard swappable hands that the current series adopted, but Di-O assures that in its place is more paint work on the figure, particularly in the back.

The figure will come with two weapons: The Drill Crusher which served as Build’s primary weapon, and the KaizokuHassyar from Build’s KaizokuRessya Form, which the character wields in the movie. The figure will also include the display stand extension part seen with Cross-Z Evol, which allows for the figure to float, and has pegholes for storing the hands.

Killbus will be taking up boxes 6 and 7 in RIDE 9, meaning there are 5 other boxes yet to be revealed.

The next blog update will be on Monday, April 1st.
