Kamen Rider Zi-O’s Cast Reflects on Meeting Takeru Satoh

The cast of Kamen Rider Zi-O gathered for an appreciation stage greeting in celebration of Kamen Rider Heisei Generation FOREVER’s success on January 9th in Tokyo.

So Okuno, who portrays the lead role of Sougo Tokiwa/Kamen Rider Zi-O, spoke about the guest stars in the movie, specifically mentioning Takeru Satoh, who made a surprise appearance in the movie. “I had goosebumps the entire time,” he said. Okuno said that it was almost unheard of to meet Takeru Satoh as a Kamen Rider and that it became a precious experience for the young actor.

Shieri Ohata, who plays the role of Tsukuyomi, Gaku Oshida, who plays Geiz/Kamen Rider Geiz and Keisuke Watanabe, who plays Woz/Kamen Rider Woz, were also at the event. Oshida said that meeting and appearing with Satoh made him happy both as a Kamen Rider and an actor. Despite appearing with Satoh, Oshida says he didn’t get to enjoy the full performance until he saw a preview screening. “It was a great shock,” he said.

Although Watanabe did not appear in a scene with Satoh, he was at the location where it was filmed. “Both me and the staff become passionate when we appear with a Legend, as well as because this is a memorial work. “It’s a scene that will absolutely leave an impression on the hearts of people,” he said.

Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FOREVER is a team up that features the casts of Kamen Rider Build and Kamen Rider Zi-O in a world where Kamen Rider is a TV series. The movie had the second highest opening in Kamen Rider history and has crossed the 1 billion yen mark in the record time of 12 days.
