First Look at Power Ranger’s Emma Lahana in Cloak & Dagger

Emma Lahana’s character in Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger is confirmed to be Detective Brigid O’Reilly in a first look from Entertainment Weekly.

Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger follows the story of two teenagers played by Olivia Holt (Tandy Bowen/Dagger) and Aubrey Joseph (Tyrone Johnson/Cloak) who find themselves with superpowers and become involved in a romantic relationship with one another. Previously, we covered the revelation that Emma Lahana would be joining the cast of the show. Now, Lahana’s character has been confirmed in a first look from Entertainment Weekly.

Previously known for playing the role of Kira Ford on Power Rangers: Dino Thunder, Lahana will portray Detective Brigid O’Reilly when Cloak & Dagger comes to Freeform. Her character description is as follows:

“Detective Brigid O’Reilly is accustomed to working in a man’s world, but she isn’t looking to be ‘one of the guys.’ Her New York sensibilities have hardened her from being too friendly or open, setting her apart from her Louisiana counterparts. Brigid believes in justice and doesn’t think that anyone should be above it, including other cops. Especially other cops…”

In addition to Emma Lahana, Jaime Zavallos has been confirmed to be playing Father Delgado. Cloak & Dagger is set to premiere on Freeform on Thursday, June 7th.
