Episode 24: The Man Called Rogue
Written by Shogo Muto
Directed by Kyohei Yamaguchi
Action Directed by Takeshi Miyazaki (Japan Action Enterprise)
Special Effects Directed by Hiroshi Butsuda (Tokusatsu Kenkyuujo)
Kamen Rider Rogue’s true identity is Gentoku (Kensei Mikami), who had previously been banished from Touto. Sento (Atsuhiro Inukai) and his companions are in such shock at this truth that they are unable to speak, as they learn how Gentoku acquired the power to transform into Rogue, and he begins discussing his days of struggle. Gentoku’s desire for vengeance against Touto is becoming clear.
Blood Stalk comes to recover the bottles from Sento by force. Sento transforms into Build KaizokuRessha Hazard, and his Hazard Level begins to rise as he delivers strong attacks to Stalk, but he immediately begins to lose consciousness.
Kazumi (Kouhei Takeda) teams up with Sento suggesting, “Shouldn’t we join forces?” Kazumi’s thoughts help Sento decide to fight along side this new friend. Gentoku, Fu (Osamu Adachi), and Rai (Yuudai Nasuda) come to invade Touto using the battle power of the Seito army.
