The Patranger were formed after the Lupinrangers began their fight against the police. One day, Keiichiro (Kousei Yuuki) and his squad go to the restaurant, Bistro Jurer, where Kairi (Asahi Itou) and his team work. Did they somehow figure out the Lupinrangers’ true identities? Meanwhile, the mysterious Gangler Namero Bacho arrives in town, and he comes to rebuild a skyscraper into the image of Dogranio. The Patrangers immediately rush in to do battle. However, the Lupinrangers’ next target is also Namero. Tooma (Shogo Hama) wants to hurry and grab the Collection piece, as well as attempting to collect Keiichiro’s VS Changer.
