Lupinranger VS Patranger Opening to be Performed by Male/Female Duo

Vocalists for Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger‘s opening theme have been announced.

The opening theme “Lupinranger VS Patranger” will be a “duet song”, the first of its kind in Super Sentai since the first Sentai series, Himitsu Sentai Goranger. The song will be performed by Tatsuhiko Yoshida, a newcomer, and Hitomi Yoshida, celebrating her 10th anniversary as a singer. Hitomi Yoshida previously performed the first ending for Smile! Precure. The song represents the VS theme via the dueling male and female vocales and will be a completely new form of Sentai theme.

In addition, for the first time in Sentai history, the opening will also be a mashup of two different songs. The Patranger side is “Chase You Up!” performed by Hitomi Yoshida while Tatsuhiko Yoshida performs “Lupinranger, Spin the Dials”.

No information on an ending theme was announced.
