Ultraman TV Anime Announced for 2019

A countdown launched by the official website for the currently running ULTRAMAN manga revealed a new series in 2019.

ULTRAMAN, the currently running series by Linebarrels of Iron creators, Eiichi Shimizu and Tomohiro Shimoguchi, will be adapted into an anime TV series set to air in 2019. The manga has been in publication since 2011 and currently has 11 volumes available.

The series follows the son of original series protagonist, Shin Hayata, as an inheritor of the “Ultraman Factor” that allows him to manifest great powers and don an Ultraman suit to fight human sized enemies based on the various aliens seen throughout the live action shows.
