New Riobot NERV Anti-G Special Decisive Weapon “Shiryu” Prototype Unit-01 Revealed

EvaGoji5The Summer Wonder Festival 2017 unveils the  Riobot NERV Anti-G Special Decisive Weapon “Shiryu” Prototype Unit-01 Reform, a part of the Godzilla vs. Evangelion collaboration project.


From the Godzilla vs Evangelion collaboration project, the NERV Anti-G Special Decisive Weapon “Shiryu” Prototype Unit-01 Reform is a gun metal color variation on the original “Shiryu” Prototype Unit-01 from the same product line.

The “Shiryu” was designed by Yoji Shinkawa of Kojima Productions, known for being lead character and mecha designer in the Hideo Kojima- directed Metal Gear Solid series.  The Shiryu skillfully merges Godzilla and Evangelion Unit -01. The figure will include exchangeable hand and tail parts, two Anti Kaiju Battle Blades, and a pedestal.

The Wonderful Festival was held at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Tokyo on July 30th. The event price for the Riobot NERV Anti-G Special Decisive Weapon “Shiryu” Prototype Unit-01 Reform was 20,000 yen, but is available for purchase for the same price on Union Creative until July 29, 2018 at 23:59 JST.
