Masamune (Hiroyuki Takami) has reset Kamen Rider Chronicle. Time has been rewound to a point before the creation of the Hyper Muteki gashat.
To win against Chronus without the Hyper Muteki gashat, Graphite (Shouma Machii) must be the one to use the Gemdeus virus. Emu (Hiroki Iijima), Parado (Shouma Kai), and Poppy Pipopapo (Ruka Matsuda) join together to make a plead to Graphite.
Meanwhile, Hiiro (Toshiki Seto) and Taiga (Ukyou Matsumoto) decide to settle things with Graphite in a battle. As the battle comes to an end, the final boss Gemdeus appears.
