Vera Farmiga Joins Godzilla: King of Monsters
The Conjuring star Vera Farmiga is the latest addition to Godzilla: King of Monsters.
Godzilla: King of Monsters just added another horror veteran to its cast. Vera Farmiga, nominated for an Emmy for playing Norma Bates in Bates Motel, joined the cast to play the mother of Stranger Things’ Millie Bobby Brown. They play the wife and daughter of Friday Night Lights’ Kyle Chandler, the film’s hero scientist.
Godzilla: King of Monsters is directed by Krampus director Michael Dougherty, from a script he wrote with Zach Shields. It is the third entry in Legendary Entertainment’s “MonsterVerse” following 2014’s Godzilla and the upcoming Kong: Skull Island.
King of Monsters is slated for a March 22, 2019 release.
