Diamond Yukai Wants You To Understand Shocker’s Feelings

Yukai As Shocker Leader

Diamond Yukai plays the role of the third generation Shocker leader in Chou Super Hero Taisen, and his passion over the role is clear in a recent interview.

Diamond Yukai, singer for the Red Warriors, is very passionate over his role in the upcoming Chou Super Hero Taisen. In the film, the third generation leader of Shocker will fight many heroes from both the Kamen Rider and Super Sentai series. There will be more than one hundred heroes in total, but Yukai is determined to communicate something deeper about Shocker in this movie. In a recent interview, he had the following to say:

I liked the villains from long ago. Shocker also admires Kamen Rider. I want you to understand Shocker’s feelings. They lose with sorrow and resentment. That’s the blues!

Shocker has been the enemy of all Kamen Riders since the original show debuted and Shocker made Hongo Takeshi into the very first Kamen Rider. Yukai is also excited for his transformation which he requested from the director of the film. Chou Super Hero Taisen will bring the latest Super Sentai series, Uchu Sentai Kyuranger, together with Kamen Rider Ex-Aid to take on Yukai’s character when the film releases in Japan on March 25.
