Premium Bandai Teases Ranger Key Set 2000th Edition

zyuoh_RK_712

Premium Bandai published a new page on their website teasing the Ranger Key Set 2000th Edition.

The page itself features no actual text, and just shows an image featuring Gokai Red and Zyuoh Eagle. The text on the image states “We have come to steal the legendary treasure!” with additional text showing that more information will be revealed on September 12th, 2016 at 11:00AM JST.

Aside from that singular image, no other information is given at this time. Which Ranger Keys are included, how many are included, when it will debut, and how much it will cost will all (hopefully) be revealed on the 12th.

Okay, won’t they let this just die? This isn’t like lockseeds or Gaia memories where the sound comes from the collectible gimmick itself so you can use it with old toys. These things require having there own things come with them to get sound because they won’t work with the Mobirates. It feels cheap and stupid. At least put out a new updated Mobirates that can use the keys they have put out over the last three years.

As long as Super Sentai is around, most likely this ain’t gonna die out any time soon. But on the bright side, MORE KEYS!

I mean it’s more for kind of the hardcore collectors who want all the rangers represented as keys. I’m being one of them of course, I just like having these little figures lying around. Like if you want sounds and stuff just edit them in if you’re making a video transforming with them xD

I am stoked for this. Hopefully I have enough to PAY for the damn thing. How many keys? Hopefully, since this IS the 40th anniversary, all of them? And maybe a new Mobilates too, to incorporate the new sounds?

I want to say it includes the Ninningers(would be about 9 keys) and the Zyuohgers(about 10 keys if counting the form changes of the World and Eagle). Might even include some other missing Sentai heroes that weren’t represented yet and a slight chance of a rerelease of Go-Busters, Kyoryuger, and Toqger.
