There’s been a villain stealing everyone’s snacks. Turns out it was Mangetsu, the son of House Kibaoni. Mangetsu, who took 444 years to be born, is an oaf that leaves the work to his personal guard of Hyakkarage soldiers. The Ninningers confront him but he escapes without putting up a fight.
Kasumi and Fuka decide to set a tea party trap and lure Mangetsu to the treats. He appears and escapes again but the Ninningers catch up to him. They face him, expecting an easy fight but the Mangetsu they face is nothing like the slacker they had seen earlier.
