Staff Details Revealed for Kamen Rider Ghost

The names of the main director, writer and producers for the upcoming Kamen Rider Ghost series have been announced.


Revealed on the TV-Asahi site for Kamen Rider Ghost, the names of the main production staff for the 17th Heisei Kamen Rider series have been released. The main director for the series will be Satoshi Morota, who was the main director of Mirai Sentai Timeranger, Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger and Gogo Sentai Boukenger. He also directed episodes from shows such as Kamen Rider Hibiki, Kamen Rider W and Kamen Rider Gaim.

Takuro Fukuda will be writing for the series. While he has mostly written for J-dramas and movies such as the second season of Trick and Mr. Max Man starring Yudai Chiba (Alata/GoseiRed), his work in tokusatsu consists of episode 3 of Ultraseven X and episodes 18 and 36 of Ultraman Max. The last time a J-drama writer worked on a tokusatsu series was Shoji Imai, who was the head writer for the first 29 episodes of Kamen Rider Blade.

The head producer for Kamen Rider Ghost will be Kazuhiro Takahashi from Toei. He was previously the assistant producer on Kamen Rider Fourze. Other producers for the series will be Motoi Sasaki from TV-Asahi, Shiori Kodaka (Toei) and Kenta Ando (Toei).

Kamen Rider Ghost will start in October of 2015.
