The identity of Roidmude 001 has been revealed: National Defense Bureau Secretary Soichi Makage. Shinnosuke intends to approach him by summoning Brain but with the combination of Gou’s interference, Nira’s sabotage, and even Mr. Belt’s opposition, he is unable to get anywhere near him.
Meanwhile, a disappearance case of a man arises. The youth, who came directly to the Special Cases Unit asking for help, claims his father vanished. However, nobody around seems to have seen the man for 10 years. Immediately concluding it should be Makage and his memory modifying powers, Shinnosuke decides to confront him. However, the sharp ice needles of Roidmude 001 are already after him.
