A week after adding Ultraman Max to their catalog, Crunchyroll surprised viewers with the release of Ultraman Mebius.

Fans were hopeful that the release of Max was a sign of good things to come, and a week later that’s proving true. Crunchyroll is releasing the entire series today for their Premium users. Free users will only have access to Mebius’ first 10 episodes, with the rest being released 10 per week, similar to Max.

Broadcast in 2006, Ultraman Mebius was a celebration of the Ultra Series’ 40th anniversary. Set in the original universe, the show features a rookie Ultra who joins CREW GUYS to defend the earth. Mebius is notable for featuring veteran Ultras from Ultraman to Ultraman 80, all played by their original actors.
