Both Ressha Sentai ToQger and Kamen Rider Drive will not be airing on November 2nd due to the 46th Annual All Japan Collegiate Men’s Relay Race Championship. ToQger and Drive will return on November 9th.

A series of transport vehicle hijackings perpetrated by Roidmudes occur. When the Ministry of Public Security’s Superintendent Kirihara comes to provide information to the Special Affairs Division, they discover that Rinna has suddenly joined up with the Ministry of Public Security. The abrupt change in Rinna’s behavior leaves Shinnosuke and Kiriko puzzled and suspicious.

Meanwhile, Heart and Brain ask Chase to protect Crash, the perpetrator of the hijacking incidents. What‘s Heart and the others’ real motive?

When another vehicle hijack incident occurs, Crash escapes from Drive with Machine Chaser’s interference. Shinnosuke is frustrated, but Kiriko begins to question something about the photos of the crime scenes. What’s behind the attacks?
