Gaku2

Following in the footsteps of previous Rider seasons, Gaku Sano steps to the mic to sing his character’s background song.

Set to debut during the Ressha Sentai ToQger vs Kamen Rider Gaim: Spring Break Combination Special, the character song for Kōta will be sung by none other than the actor himself. In a recent GAIMlog entry, details are given about the song as well as the atmosphere surrounding its development. Below is an excerpt from the blog post:

So, although it’s Spring Break, Gaku Sano is at the studio recording Kazuraba Kōta’s solo song that will debut during this week’s Toqger vs Kamen Rider Gaim special. The title of the song is “Rise your Flag!”.Gaku Sano has always wanted a background song for his character. And of course, this is his first ever song recording and he is both nervous and excited.

He sang with too much energy so his voice didn’t come out right. But, like his catchphrase, he “took the stage”.

He quickly applied whatever advice he was given, and everyone believes that it’s due to him being an athlete.
